Direct Mailing

This service is super easy and convenient for our clients, allowing them to keep in touch, market their listings, and thank clients for very little cost.

The process is very simple. You simply send us your mailing list and we do the rest. We’ll design your card or postcard, get approval from you by email, then have it printed and mailed out directly to your recipients. It couldn’t be any easier!

Postcards are great for “Just Sold” or “Just Listed” properties.

Cards are great for saying “Thank You” to buyers and sellers for using you as your agent.

Pricing

Setup Fee: $10.00

Postcards: $1.25 each (includes postage)

Folded Cards in Envelopes: $2.50 each (includes postage)
