This is the best distribution money can buy! We manage the syndication of your virtual tour AND your listing until closing. Your listing and tour will appear on Google Base, Craigslist (updated weekly for higher results), YouTube, Facebook, Trulia, Zillow, AOL Video, Google Video, Oodle, Lycos, Local, Hot Pads, Vast, Properazzi, Dot Homes and more! Listings pushed to our exposure engine receive on average 40% more viewing than those that are not. If you are not a showcase member, you will be charged an additional $25.

Your property will be listed on our listing site. Each listing includes photos, MLS info, and your virtual. Site also has your contact information as well as a link to your website and email. You must have a virtual tour produced by Top Hat Media Pro in order to have you listing on our site. We will bill your credit card once a month. Listings that are SOLD can remain on the site and will be marked as such, and you will continue to be billed the monthly fee. If your listing has been taken off the market, your listing will be removed from our site.
